From the date of receipt of the product you have 14 days to return the product.
The return cost is paid by the customer.
The returned products must be in the condition sent by our online store and received by the customer, complete and without damage (lipstick, spots, make-up). Also, the tags and labels should not have been removed.
In case of replacement we will do our best to replace the product you returned to us, whether this product is deemed defective or has been sent to you the wrong code. The product that will be returned back to the company should be in the package that was sent to you.
